Kelsei is a first-generation American who believes that each and every one of us should step into our potential to make change in our spheres of influence. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he has been shaped by Trinidad & Tobago, Atlanta, and the Bay Area; all places he has called home. Each cultural hub helped him develop an understanding of the importance of community, culture, and being an active contributor to making both more vibrant.
Kelsei spends most of his time at Values Partnerships, the nation’s largest Black-owned social impact agency which helps create engagement campaigns for diverse sectors and audiences. In his role as Senior Impact Strategist, he provides strategic advice to industry leading companies, crafts creative marketing campaigns for new projects, and stays rooted in culture to spark innovation.
Outside of his formal work, Kelsei keeps busy in a few ways. He is the founder of IVRoads Collective, an agency that centers impact through storytelling, community, and strategy. To date, IVRoads has tackled projects ranging from juvenile justice reform to conducting design thinking workshops to gather audience insights.
Kelsei also flexes his creative muscles as an actor, is a frequent volunteer with the Precious Dreams Foundation, which serves youth in foster care and homeless shelters, and is an active alumni volunteer with his alma mater, Stanford University. He previously served on the Stanford Alumni Association (SAA) Board of Directors (2016-2021) and currently serves on the Stanford National Black Alumni Association (SNBAA) Board.
